Housing Stability Services - Housing Access Centre Connects eligible households with community housing and rent supplements in London and Middlesex County. Community housing includes local housing corporation, non-profit housing, and co-operative housing. 
 
Ontario Renovates Program for Homeowners and Tenants Financial assistance for older adults, people with disabilities, and people with low-to-moderate incomes to repair or modify their homes * 10-year forgivable loan (of up to $15,000) for essential home repair * grant (of up to $5,000) for accessibility modifications
 
Parks and Recreation Department Administration for various recreation centres and programs
 
Social and Health Department Manages access to government social services such as Ontario works, provides emergency financial aid to the residents of London and handles subsidies for nonprofit daycare programming
