Description of Services: Volunteer supported meal and transportation services to adults with disabilities and seniors within the City of London

Daily meals delivered Mon, Wed and Fri 11am-1:30pm * weekend meals delivered chilled on Fri * frozen meals delivered weekly on Thu * special diet types and texture modifications available

Short term caregiver relief, recuperation, seasonal or long-term assistance available * no long-term contract required

No services provided on:
  • New Year's Day
  • Family Day
  • Good Friday
  • Victoria Day
  • Canada Day
  • Civic Holiday
  • Labour Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Boxing Day

Special delivery on Christmas Day
 
Daily Meal Program Hot or chilled meals delivered between 11am and 1:30pm Mon-Fri * weekend meals delivered fresh on Fridays
 
Frozen Meal Service Packages of 7 frozen entrees available for delivery once per week
 
Wheels for Wellness Non-emergency transportation to local essential appointments with doctors and healthcare professionals * volunteer drivers * wheelchairs cannot be accommodated * service available Mon-Fri only * must be able to get in and out of a vehicle on their own and left on their own

Fees: $8.50 per meal
Frozen meals: 7 meals for $46 * 7 soups for $18 * 7 desserts for $18 * transportation $24
Subsidies available for those who qualify
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults 18 years and older with disabilities, seniors 55 years and older * people whose personal care plan needs support
